Consul General Yamada gives a toast

On Saturday, September 17th, Consul General Jun Yamada attended “Bunka Matsuri” the Annual Gala of JCCCNC (Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California). JCCCNC invited three craftsmen from Tohoku region where was affected by the earthquake and tsunami in 2011 to feature their traditional crafts.
